Your satisfaction is very important to us. Shuh’s Appliance Centre’s sales professionals strive to provide the best service anywhere - period. We will do everything possible to work with you and the manufacturer of your product to ensure a positive shopping experience.

You may cancel your order at any time, however, a 25% restocking fee may be applicable.

All electrical parts, ventilation products and custom orders are final sale and not returnable or refundable.

Shuh’s Appliance Centre reserves the right to refuse or accept returns for major appliances purchased in-store or online at our discretion.

All items should be inspected thoroughly at the time of delivery or pick up.

Damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

• No returns or exchanges on used or installed products
